The linear mechanical hand movements completed programs with different load, acceleration and transmission speed can clearly show that the transmission weight ranged from 60 kg (132 lb) -200 kg (440 lb). HEKU 3 is particularly suitable for improving the production efficiency of a high speed injection operation with a period of only a few seconds. On these occasions, the highest processing speed can not meet the requirement of further shortening the forming cycle time. But using HEKU 3, the opening time can be shortened by 20%, even if the arm end tool weighs 200 kg (440 lb), it can also cope with it. Hekuma also improves the driving mechanism and linear guide to improve the performance of its automation system. Compared with its predecessor, the driving motor of the HEKU 3 has higher torque, and the torque is transmitted directly to the reciprocating drive. As a result of the improvement of the transmission mechanism, the acceleration is improved. Speed is particularly evident when a heavier arm end tool is used. The maximum transmission speed of HEKU 3 is up to 7m/s within a wide range of weight. Its mold location and insertion repeat accuracy is more than 1% millimeter (0.004 inches) level, and at this high dynamic level, the machinery and electrical equipment are still strong and durable.
